Training to become a Patent Attorney Assistant offers a versatile entry into technology, law, and organization. We primarily handle mandates from the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, and process engineering – with a strong focus on quality, precision, and an innovative spirit.

What to expect:

  • A varied field of tasks: You will support the filing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models.
  • Professional communication: You will independently (or via dictation) create letters, emails, and other documents – in both German and English.
  • Responsible collaboration: You will participate in processing various legal proceedings.
  • Keeping track of organization & deadlines: You will coordinate appointments with clients, authorities, and courts, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Administration & order: You will create digital files, complete applications, and request missing documents.
  • Numerical reasoning: You will calculate fees and monitor timely payments.
