Bernd Vogler studied chemical engineering specializing in process engineering at the Technical University (TU) of Karlsruhe (now Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, KIT). Following his studies, Bernd Vogler worked as a project engineer in the field of energy and environmental technology.

Bernd Vogler began his training as a patent attorney in January 1999 at a patent law firm in Stuttgart and has been admitted as both a German Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney since 2002. He has been a partner at the firm magenbauer since January 2005.

Mark Kocher studied mechanical engineering specializing in precision engineering and biomedical engineering at the University of Stuttgart. Following his studies, Mark Kocher worked for several years as a development engineer for mechanical and electromechanical components in the fields of medical technology, automotive engineering, and optical metrology.

Mark Kocher began his training as a patent attorney in 2002 at a patent law firm in Stuttgart. He has been admitted as a German Patent Attorney since 2005 and as a European Patent Attorney since 2006. He has been a partner at the firm magenbauer since January 2010.

He has been working in the field of intellectual property since 2010 and was admitted as both a German Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney in 2013. Dr. Simon Görs studied energy engineering at RWTH Aachen University (M.Sc.). During his doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Christof Schulz at the University of Duisburg-Essen (2013–2018), he deepened his practical and theoretical expertise in combustion technology for stationary gas turbines. His research focused on optical combustion diagnostics and was conducted in cooperation with Siemens AG.

Dr. Simon Görs completed his training as a patent attorney at a large patent law firm in Düsseldorf. He has been a partner at the firm magenbauer since January 2025.
